I use AWS (Elastic Beanstalk) the free version to host my web apps. I'm looking forward to do an AWS Cloud Certification.
Django is best compatible with SQL than a NoSQL DBMS. sqlite3 is used when on localhost:8000 else it is PostgreSQL.
Umm, no React or any popular library yet. I use jQuery to make my DOM manipulation simpler. React incoming soon...
